Paul B. Felix, Founder and Managing Partner

Paul has spent his career helping organizations convert raw data into valuable decision support systems. He built a deep set of analytical and technical skills while working as a business intelligence and data warehousing consultant. These experiences led Paul to develop the LeapFrogBI DWA (data warehouse automation) Platform which streamlines data preparation. He holds an MBA and a BS. As Managing Partner, Paul is responsible for LeapFrogBI’s strategic direction and continues to work with clients on a daily basis. In his spare time, Paul enjoys doing pretty much anything outdoors.

Amy Felix, Partner

Amy is a business generalist with experience in engineering, project management, and computer science. At LeapFrogBI, she is responsible for the finance, human resources, and marketing functions. Outside of work she is a family manager, a lifelong learner, and enjoys fitness and travel.

Audrey Abbey, Team Lead

Audrey has vast experience in building data warehouses and reporting solutions. She also has 20+ years of accounting and finance experience primarily working with small and midsize businesses. Having dealt with data and business processes from both sides (accounting and IT), she has a holistic perspective on data, process challenges, and the value of well-designed business intelligence solutions. In 2020, Audrey designed and implemented LeapFrogBI’s apprenticeship program. She enjoys the satisfaction of mentoring developers at the beginning of their careers.
